Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the WILL'MADEIT Studios website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Use of Services

WILL'MADEIT Studios provides creative services including but not limited to:

• Art Direction & Graphic Design
• Cinematography and Video Production
• Photography Services
• Animation and Motion Graphics
• Digital Marketing through TRENDS Marketing Division
• Branding and Visual Communications

3. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, logos, graphics, and materials created by WILL'MADEIT Studios remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon full payment, rights are transferred to the client as specified in the project agreement.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate project briefs and requirements
• Timely feedback and approvals
• Payment according to agreed terms
• Ensuring any provided content does not violate copyright laws

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms are agreed upon at project commencement. Typically:

• 50% deposit required to commence work
• Remaining 50% due upon project completion
• Late payments may incur additional charges

6. Revisions and Changes

Each project includes a specified number of revision rounds. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges. Changes to project scope must be agreed upon in writing.

7. Limitation of Liability

WILL'MADEIT Studios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use our services.

8. Portfolio Use

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, WILL'MADEIT Studios reserves the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio, website, and marketing materials.

9. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality of all client information and project details unless disclosure is required by law or authorized by the client.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Zambia.
